Vancouverites and their picket signs were out again in full force this morning to demonstrate against the Harper government’s decision to extend Canada’s combat mission in Afghanistan through December 2011. Joining the hundreds strong throng of anti-war protestors outside the Vancouver Art Gallery were speakers from the New Democratic Party and a rare performance from legendary punk rockers DOA.
